Salaries are negotiated individually based on professional experience and foreign language skills, in full compliance with the labor regulations of the destination country.

Who Can Apply
Eligibility and language requirements for the 2027 season.
EU Citizens
Eligible for all destinations: Italy, Spain, Greece, Egypt and UAE.
Non-EU Citizens
Eligible for Egypt and UAE, or for EU destinations with a valid work permit.
Language Requirements
Italian and English required. German, French or Russian is a plus.
Availability
Full-season commitment: from April 01 to November 01.
Optional Professional Development
Available only to candidates who have already been hired. Your job offer and signed contract are confirmed independently of whether you choose to join either course below.
In-Person Training Stage
Meet our instructor team in person, hands-on role-specific training, and networking with resort staff. Travel and accommodation to Caserta are the candidate's own responsibility and are not included in the fee.

A guided online course covering role-specific skills, delivered over 14 hours across 14 days, open to hired candidates ahead of the season.
