1. General Provisions and Corporate Identity

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the web platform www.hotelstaffjob.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). The Platform is exclusively owned, managed, and operated by Golden Wave Srl di Angelo Giobbio, VAT/Tax ID number: BG202967839, with its registered legal office located at 1 N.Gabrovski, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

By accessing the website, registering an account, uploading a Curriculum Vitae (CV), or publishing job offers, the user (whether a Candidate or an Employer) unconditionally and fully accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

The Platform operates strictly as a digital meeting space and job advertisement board intended to facilitate contact between hospitality professionals and employers. Golden Wave Srl does not act as an employment agency, labor broker, or binding intermediary.

3. User-Generated Content and Resume (CV) Accuracy Warranty

Any Candidate who registers an account and uploads a Curriculum Vitae (CV) or professional portfolio represents and warrants under their sole legal responsibility that:

• All information, academic degrees, certifications, and previous professional experiences provided are entirely accurate and truthful;
• They possess all necessary authorizations to disclose third-party data or employment references included within the document.

Golden Wave Srl does not perform background checks or pre-verify the accuracy of uploaded CVs. Consequently, the company is fully released and indemnified from any claims, legal disputes, or damages brought forth by employers or third parties arising from misrepresentation, falsification, or omissions in the information provided by the Candidate.

4. Cyber Security Protection and Prohibition of Attacks

In order to safeguard the integrity of our systems and protect the infrastructure of Golden Wave Srl against cyber threats and abuses, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading, attaching, or transmitting files, CVs, or documents embedded with viruses, malware, Trojan horses, ransomware, malicious scripts, or any code designed to disrupt, intercept, or expropriate operating systems, data, or personal information;
• Executing Denial of Service attacks (DoS, DDoS), injecting malicious database queries (SQL Injection), or attempting unauthorized server access (hacking) into secure areas of the Platform.

Any activity identified as hostile or dangerous to the Platform's stability will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including claims for direct and indirect damages caused to our network infrastructure and corporate reputation.

5. Anti-Scraping Policy and Candidate Data Protection

Candidate profiles and CVs hosted on the Platform are protected under intellectual property laws and privacy regulations. It is expressly forbidden for any user or third party to:

• Utilize automated software, bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or data extraction scripts to copy, mass-download, or harvest Curriculum Vitae and user contact information;
• Resell, lease, or reuse any data extracted from the Platform for unauthorized marketing campaigns, spamming, or populating external candidate databases.

6. Unilateral Termination and Account Suspension

Golden Wave Srl reserves the absolute and indisputable right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any user account (Candidate or Employer) immediately and without prior notice if a breach of these Terms is detected, if there is a suspicion of malicious file uploads, if fraudulent listings are published, or if the service is misused. Users shall have no right to compensation or reimbursement under such circumstances.

7. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or validity of this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts corresponding to the registered legal seat of Golden Wave Srl.
