The Golden Wave Training Stage is an intensive training programme for motivated tourist entertainers looking to work in the Summer 2027 season at luxury resorts in Greece, Spain and Italy.
In just three days in Caserta, participants are trained, assessed and directly connected to the Golden Wave hotel partner network — the agency with over 20 years of international placement experience.

Fondamenta & Identità
- Introduction to the Golden Wave team and 2027 partner resorts
- Introduction to the tourist entertainer role in a luxury resort
- Workshop: multilingual guest communication (EN / DE)
- Contact animation techniques and guest engagement
- Sports activity coordination: beach volleyball, aqua gym, tournaments
- Practice session: personal presentation in English and German
- Individual assessment — first session
Performance & Spettacolo
- Choreography workshop with Golden Wave choreographers
- Dance workshop: group dance, evening shows and resort choreographies
- Mini Club animation: techniques for children aged 3–12
- Show Cooking & intrattenimento gastronomico: integrazione col team F&B
- Vocal techniques and stage presentation
- Live-directed show evening simulation
- Individual feedback from chief entertainers
Placement & Contratti
- Final exam: full performance before the selection panel
- Language assessment: oral test in English and/or German
- Presentation of 2027 destinations: resorts in Greece, Spain, Italy

Training Team
Instructors with direct experience at top resorts in Greece, Spain and Italy. They lead the sports animation, contact and guest engagement modules.
Chief Entertainers
Entertainment Directors
Active chief entertainers at Golden Wave partner resorts. Responsible for the final assessment and candidate selection for the 2027 season.
Choreographers
Artistic Directors
Choreographers professioniste specializzate in show resort, serate di gala e spettacoli internazionali. Guidano i workshop di danza e performance dal vivo.
Ballerini & Performer
Artists in Residence
Dancers and performers with active contracts at 4 and 5-star resorts. They share stage techniques, body expression and evening entertainment skills.
Who Can Participate
Participation Requirements
The stage is open to motivated candidates with a passion for tourism and international entertainment.
Fluent English
Minimum B2 certified level or equivalent. English is the primary working language at international resorts. The oral test takes place during the stage.
German (Preferred)
Knowledge of German is a significant competitive advantage, especially for destinations in Greece and Spain with a strong German-speaking guest presence.
Age 18 – 35
The programme is aimed at young professionals and aspiring entertainers between 18 and 35. No prior experience in tourist entertainment is required.
Good Physical Condition
The role requires energy, stamina and stage presence. The programme includes sports activities, dance and physical performances throughout all three days.
Team Attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and guest-oriented mindset. Personality matters as much as technical ability.
Seasonal Availability
Availability for the Summer 2027 season (April–October). Contracts generally include board and lodging within the resort.
